All refunds will be processed directly to the same bank account used during the initial payment. No third-party accounts will be entertained.

Dispute Resolution

Any concerns or disagreements related to bookings, refunds, or services offered via this platform should be first addressed through mutual discussion and resolution efforts.

If a resolution is not achieved amicably, the aggrieved party has the right to approach the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) for formal dispute redressal under applicable law.

Jurisdiction:
All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
